SC Braga is the controller responsible for processing your personal data.

The personal data processed in the online store is the data necessary for the performance of purchase and sale agreements or service subscription agreements, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

SC Braga may, under Article 13-A(3) of Law No. 41/2004, use the contact details obtained in the sale of goods or provision of services to send promotional communications. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may object to this processing by selecting the relevant option.

The data collected during registration in the online store will be retained for a period of 1 (one) year after the last contact with the customer, after which it will be deleted.

For tax purposes, the data strictly necessary to comply with this legal obligation will be retained for a period of 10 years from the purchase of the product, as provided for in Article 123(4) of the Corporate Income Tax Code.

You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, as well as its rectification or erasure. You also have the right to restrict processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability, unless any restriction provided for in Regulation (EU) 679/2016 applies.
